Payment for our professional services is by way of invoice, cash or cheque on the day. 
The invoiced amount can be paid by any of the following ways...

1.Payment of invoice by 'cash on the day' of which our services are provided.

2. Invoice can be paid via direct bank deposit within the payment time which is listed on your invoice. This payment time is either 'upon receipt of invoice' or '7 day account'.

3. Invoice can be paid via online payments through PayPal. You will need to have made arrangements for this prior to booking our professional services. A 5% additional fee will apply for this service to cover the costs associated with using PayPal.

Failure to pay for any of the work in which we perform will result in the matter being handed over to our debt collection agent who will act on our behalf until all moneys have been collected and any expenses arising from the debt collection.

Cancellation of bookings...

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any work which is pre-booked. 
A cancellation fee of $30.00 will apply if booking is cancelled in under 24hours.

Work Rates...

We normally quote per hour for regular weekly or fortnightly cleans and per job for all other quotes.

Where a quoted rate is per hour eg. $30.00 per hour. This relates to 1 person working.

eg.  1 person working for 60mins = $30.00 per hour.
2 people working for 30mins each = 1 hour of work which is $30.00 per 30mins for 2 people.

Min 2 hour service call for 1 cleaner = $60.00.

Bond or Builders Cleans

Bond Cleans - Builders Cleans...

We (BCS) must be notified of any problems before 9am the following day (after the work has been completed). Any claims or problems will be not be accepted after this time.

We encourage you to check 'bond cleans' or 'builders cleans' and report any concerns by 9am the day after the work has been completed. Any claims or problems will be not be accepted after this time.

Any problems or concerns associated with our work reported before 9am the following day will be fixed as we will return to the property and promptly fix any problems.

We are not responsible for any other work carried out by any other company or person and will not return to the property to clean up any dirt, mess, etc. which is the result of other people entering the property, house, unit, etc. Once we leave a property we accept no responsibility.

Please note: We do not remove windows or doors from their tracks for the cleaning of the tracks.
We do not take down and clean curtains, vertical blinds, venetian blinds, any blinds, etc.
Floors are vacuumed and then moped. We do not clean carpets (dry clean or steam clean)
We do not clean outside the property unless quoted. This includes gardens, gates/fences, wheelie bins, garden sheds, driveways, etc. We do not change broken light bulbs or filters in air conditioners, etc. or repair any damage done to the property.

Property Key: A fee of $35.00 will be added to any quote where we (or our team) need to collect and return a property key. This fee covers out time and also any travel associated costs. Maximum travel distance to collect and return a property key is 15kms from the location of the property being cleaned. If further travel is required a high fee of $50.00+ maybe charged.
